Inside, the cabinet features a water pan that provides active humidity to prevent your food from drying out before being served to customers.

Adjustable Heat Control

It has four glass sides so customers can see your delicious pies or savory snacks from any angle, and the double glass doors allow simple loading or unloading from the front or back. This makes the warmer great for self-serve applications as employees can load the warmer from one side and customers can serve themselves from the other! The adjustable humidity and heat control offers a range of 86-194 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires a 120V electrical connection and has an output of 1700W.
