This strip warmer uses durable metal sheathed calrod elements to provide 350 watts of heating power, hot enough to maintain peak serving temperatures but gentle enough to prevent drying or overcooking. This unit must be hardwired, and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Infinite Controls

Side-mounted infinite controls allow you to make adjustments to the heat level so that you can choose what works best for the food you are serving.

Heavy-Duty Housing

High-wattage (1200W-1550W) strip warmers require 10-16” of clearance from the bottom of the unit, while double strip warmers require 10-18” of clearance from the bottom of the unit. Standard-wattage (500W-800W) strip warmers require 10-15” of clearance from the bottom of the unit. The upper end of the clearance requirements are recommended for higher-wattage units and when installing units above a highly reflective tabletop surface. We offer accessory support chains, sold separately, for convenient installation.
