Durable, sleek, and easy to operate, this four well steam table offers an incredible value to any business. Not only does it have a convenient undershelf, it also features a cutting board to help employees prepare and serve dishes to guests. Plus, though it's intended for dry use, it can also be used wet with a compatible spillage pan (sold separately). From pasta and vegetables to chicken or beans, virtually any hot dish is easy to hold and serve in this unit. A 120V electrical connection is required for the 7'3" power cord.
This powerful holding unit can hold four full size food pans full of pasta, meat, or side dishes in each 500W well. For optimum heating versatility, each individual well is independently controlled by an infinite control knob. Its design makes the unit perfect for special events, supermarket samples, or seasonal additions to the cafeteria line.
The body of this unit is constructed of durable 22-gauge type 430 stainless steel and heavy-duty hardware. The top and wells are made of 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel, while the cutting board support shelves are made of 16-gauge type 430 stainless steel.
Use the undershelf to store extra serving utensils, food pans, or lids to keep all of the serving supplies you need close at hand and easy to access.
For extra convenience, the polyethylene 8" deep by 1/2" thick cutting board gives you a little extra work space for changing out food pans or filling plates.

Great little electric steam table! Temperature knobs are placed neatly so it’s easy to read and adjust the temps for hot holding. Great to be able to use both dry and wet pans.

Yes, this unit requires some assembly. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer's product literature.
Open well tables can be used with spillage pans for moist heat holding, or without pans for dry heat holding of fried foods or other crispy items. This design allows the flexibility to have some of the wells using moist heat, and some of them using dry heat, at the same time. Open well tables do not have drains, so the spillage pans must be removed and emptied after service.
Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.
